We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to sell advertisement spaces on vehicles. This is a performance-based role where earnings will primarily depend on the sales generated each month. Ideal for candidates who thrive on commissions and have a passion for sales.
Identify & Approach Clients: Target businesses, brands, and agencies looking for innovative advertising solutions.
Lead Generation & Sales Closure: Generate leads, pitch ad placements, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Revenue-Driven Selling: Maximize sales to earn higher commissions. The more you sell, the more you earn!
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to generate repeat business.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
Reporting & Follow-ups: Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and revenue targets.
2-3 years of experience in outdoor advertising sales, media sales, or B2B sales.
Strong communication & negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
Self-driven & highly motivated to earn through commissions.
Good networking & relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of digital tools (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Own vehicle preferred for client meetings.
Fixed Salary: Very Minimal
